This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Tara Kudale (“we,” “our,” or “us”) manages cancellations and refunds for digital products purchased through our website.

1. Nature of Products

  • We sell digital products (eBooks) only.

  • All products are delivered electronically via email or download link.

  • No physical goods are shipped.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • As digital products are delivered instantly, cancellation requests are not applicable.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the eBook has been delivered or accessed.

4. Exceptions (Eligible for Refund)

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged but did not receive the product

  • You received a corrupted or inaccessible file and the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time

  • Duplicate payment made for the same product

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

5. Refund Process (If Approved)

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Lack of usage or dissatisfaction with content

  • Failure to read product description before purchase

  • Providing incorrect email address during checkout
